pictures of the property are grossly misleading. This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. The pool is misrepresented and pictures taken in a way to make it look big. This is aprox. 10 x 10 feet size pool.

I could already check into my room at 10:30am in the morning without any extra charges, rooftop pool, location next to a metro station

The rooftop pool is really cool and the restaurant has a lot to offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are ok.

Room was Clean and it is very centric, close to Casco Viejo and you the Metro station is steps away.
